Appointment

At LORÉN Medical, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized, one-on-one experience. The policies below help us maintain the highest standard of care while respecting the time of all patients and our provider. Please review them carefully prior to scheduling your visit.

Policies

  • Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A consultation is required for all patients prior to treatment to ensure your goals, medical history, and treatment plan are thoroughly reviewed.

  • A $175 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be collected at time of booking.

  • If treatment is performed on the same day, the consultation deposit will be applied towards your treatment cost. If treatment is not performed, the consultation fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized treatment planning provided during your visit.

  • Should treatment be deferred due to provider scheduling limitations or at the recommendation of your provider, the consultation fee may be applied towards treatment scheduled within 90 days of your consultation.

  • Treatment may be performed the same day at provider discretion & scheduling availability. A consultation does not guarantee treatment, as all procedures are subject to medical assessment and approval.

Booking Policies

  • To respect the time of both our patients and provider, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $200 late cancellation fee. Patients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $300 no-show fee.

  • Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute schedule changes may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments or may result in limitations on future booking privileges.

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of LORÉN Medical.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • To ensure the highest quality experience for all patients, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Patients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require a shortened appointment, modification of the planned treatment, or rescheduling.

  • Applicable fees may apply.

Late Arrivals

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

  • All treatment purchases, consultation fees, packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail product sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Cosmetic outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for services performed.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash is also accepted.

Refunds & Payments

  • Please complete all required forms and medical history information prior to your appointment.

  • Patients may be asked to follow specific pre-treatment instructions depending on the procedure being performed.

  • Failure to comply with pre-treatment guidelines may result in treatment postponement for safety reasons.

  • Avoid wearing makeup or applying skincare products to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.

  • All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during treatments, to prioritize client safety.
